Do you customise?

We understand that sometimes you want something extra special and unique, that's why we offer a customisation option for our hampers. 
We're more than happy to work with you to put together a sweet hamper tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Just get in touch with us and let us know what you have in mind, and we'll take it from there.
Please note that custom-made hampers may require a slightly longer lead time, but we promise it will be worth the wait for your perfect hamper.

How do I order a Local Co. Hamper?

We make ordering your perfect gift hamper easy and hassle-free.

Do you offer delivery?

All Local Co. Hampers include tracked shipping throughout New Zealand.

 

When can I expect my Local Co. Hamper to be ready?

Local Co. Hamper requires a minimum of 3 days notice to ensure your specific hamper requirements are in stock. You can then expect your hamper to be delivered within the next 1-5 days.

 

How do I pay for my hamper?

We want to make it easy and convenient for you to pay for your hamper at Local Co Hamper. For online orders, you can pay securely and easily during the checkout process.
If you prefer to place your order over the phone or through a message, we'll send you an invoice via email which can be paid in full through a bank transfer.
Once we receive payment, we'll prepare and dispatch your hamper with care. If you have any questions or concerns about payment, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

How can I add a personalised message to my hamper?

Adding a personalised message to your hamper is easy and we're happy to help make your gift extra special. Simply click on the "View Cart" option before checking out and you'll find an option to add your message.
If you're purchasing multiple hampers and want to choose a different message for each one, just let us know in the notes section and we'll take care of the rest.
We want your gift to be as unique and heartfelt as possible, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or special requests.
